The Department of Mechanical Engineering at The Open University of Sri Lanka hosted the 1st International Conference on Circular Economy and Sustainable Ecosystem (IC2ESE 2024) on 21st and 22nd November 2024, conducted in a hybrid format at the OUSL premises and online. As the first event in this series, IC2ESE 2024 broadened its scope to Material Circularity, Resource Recovery, Green Construction, Energy Management, Sustainable Transport Systems, Corporate Insights, Education, and Empowerment.
